Job Description
- Check daily office stationery
- Screen, shortlist and interview the applicants for vacant positions.
- Develop & Update HR policies, internal rules and regulations
- Deal with problems among staffs
- Prepare Memo for Holiday and Others.
- Make contract, agreement and others necessary documentations.
- Check daily attendant list in system by other sites
- Daily Salary Report by Site & Group
- Manage all matter related to safety control
- Record and process meeting and other documents for all departments when required
- Check daily office stationary
- Check security and hygiene in company
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experiences in HR/Admin
- Hard-working with high responsibility and commitment
- Confident, organized, and good communication skills
- Highly responsible approach to all tasks
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, Power point & Email)
