How to Reset Your Password

For the Customer Mobile App:
  1. Open the Krob Mok Kalip mobile app and navigate to the login screen.
  2. Tap on the "Forgot Password" link below the login form.
  3. Enter your registered phone number or email address and tap "Continue".
  4. Check your phone for an SMS or your email for a reset code (OTP).
  5. Enter the reset code (OTP) into the app to verify your identity.
  6. Once verified, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
  7. Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again.
  8. Tap "Save", and your password will be successfully reset. You can now log in with your new password.
For the Customer on the Website:
  1. Go to the Krob Mok Kalip website and click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login form.
  2. Enter your registered email address or phone number and click "Submit".
  3. Check your email or phone for a reset link or code (OTP).
  4. Enter the code (OTP) or click the reset link sent to your email or phone.
  5. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
  6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  7. Submit the form, and your password will be reset. You can now log in with your new password.
For the Driver Mobile App:
  1. Open the Krob Mok Kalip Driver mobile app and go to the login page.
  2. Tap on the "Forgot Password" link below the login fields.
  3. Enter the phone number you used to register and tap "Continue".
  4. You will receive an SMS with a reset code (OTP).
  5. Enter the code into the app and verify.
  6. After verification, create a new password and confirm it.
  7. Tap "Save", and you can now log in with the new password.
For the Vendor Mobile App:
  1. Open the Krob Mok Kalip Vendor app and go to the login page.
  2. Tap on the "Forgot Password" link under the login form.
  3. Enter your registered phone number or email address and click "Continue".
  4. Check your SMS or email for the reset code (OTP).
  5. Enter the code into the app for verification.
  6. Once verified, you'll be prompted to create a new password.
  7. Enter and confirm your new password, then tap "Save".
  8. Log in with your new password.
For the Vendor on the Website:
  1. Go to the Krob Mok Kalip Vendor portal and click on "Forgot Password".
  2. Enter your registered email or phone number and click "Submit".
  3. Check your email or phone for the reset code (OTP) or link.
  4. Follow the instructions to create and confirm your new password.
  5. Click "Submit" to complete the process and log in with the new password.
